01A Deep Dive
While politics and religion have been crucifying, murdering and confusing for thousands of years, God is safely hiding inside of you. Nameless. Eternal. Pouring Perfect Love from an invisible waterfall high, within and above you. Bubbling peace from a well spring deeply buried inside of you. A precious gift awaits. Take a breath and go for a deep dive and find out for yourself.
02A Gentle Kiss
The you, YOU think is You Is not who you are So who are you? The you, YOU feel is you is not who you are So who are you? The YOU who wants and wishes and desires for more Is not who you are So who are you? Someone is sleeping, dreaming deeply Deep within you Be very quiet now And go and give them a gentle kiss
03A Long Time
All of this has been going on for a long, long time If you look closely you can see all the stains on the carpet Before you came to the party Your parents were drunk Vomiting on the floor And your grandparents before that I know you like to kill people in video games But those are real blood stains on the floor Where do you think that madness goes? No matter how much noise you make History is louder It isn’t the way you think it is And it has been that way For a very long time.
04Allow the Waters to Settle
All that thinking stirs up the mud. You cannot get your clothes clean by washing them in dirty water. What you are looking for will only become clear When your waters are still. Then the reflection will reveal itself. That is not to say stirring the waters is a bad thing. Storms will come after a hot summers day. Allow the waters to settle Let the storms come and go on their own. They don’t need your help Your job is to wait and listen. If you suddenly wake up on a train a hundred miles from home get off at the next stop and quietly walk back. Tomorrow you will wonder what all the fuss was about.
05Appetite
All this complaining about the way things are Is like the pigs in the sty saying “The shit doesn’t taste like it used to you know” If you want to live in the pig sty This is the way of things But if you want to leave For the forest And green meadows beyond Then you need to come to your senses And start seeing the farm for what it is The pigs that are running the show Do not have your best interests at heart They plant misery, conflict and confusion To produce low vibrational energy This energy is food for their masters Who have a much bigger appetite than the pigs.
06Awakening
What is awakening And what is asleep? A giant is awakening – The giant of human consciousness. Everyone is a cell in that body. Once enough cells have awakened the body will rise And cast off the chains Of human ignorance that, In a drunken stupor, We have dreamed Have shackled us to impotence But this is not so.
07Come Alive
Your mind is a coffin. Get out before the lid closes shut. Your thoughts are the nails and your beliefs the hammer. There is no freedom in mind. No peace and worst of all no love. Why filter the wine of Life? Drink it straight and walk away from the graveyard singing love songs.
08Communion
So many reasons to resist this union The flow of Life birthing communion Two lovers meet for the very first time Souls find peace As bodies intertwine Fresh spring rain falls On an ancient craggy mountain Flowers of Goodness grow In the innocence of connection Opposites attracting Through extreme divergence Two souls merging in timeless convergence So many reasons to resist this union The Flow of Life birthing communion Her being is saying yes To Opening a little deeper Through the depth The love gets sweeter We took a dive Into unknown waters And then to integrate What life has taught us It’s only the beginning Diving in clear blue ocean So many secrets in life’s magic potion So many tones and colours of being As Fear chains dissolve In Soul fragments freeing The first wobbly steps Of a fast-growing child Brave hearts facing The call of the wild So many reasons to resist this union The flow of life Birthing communion A great divide between two mountains A tiny gap between Love Fountains The mystery, the blessing, The power, the call The adventure, the journey The rise and the fall The growth, the bond The courage to trust The gift life is offering Is more than enough So many reasons to resist this union The flow of life Birthing communion.
09Confusion
There’s so much confusion In this unholy fusion Of consciousness ego and world The only truth is what you feel No matter what you read Or what you’ve heard The news is alive A living transmission That emptiness Is spiritual hunger You cannot fill it With the world Infinite love Eternal peace The beauty of the presence of Life Is waiting for you to do your time And leave that prison Like a good and faithful wife Who will always be there Tending the hearth While in your lonely cell You endure the passing years As she sits in the garden In her soulful beauty Crying her lovely tears
10Crushing It
They cut the last tree down today No one was there watching or protesting Most everyone was at the Pride parade They had it at school this year All the kindergarten teachers were there Waving their flags and dancing Everyone else was on Mars Racing electric cars For crypto prizes The rest were in the smart city Grinding and racing time Crushing it is so awesome Who needs trees anyway.
11Die
Die to who you think you are, Drown yourself in the waterfall of light you have been ignoring all your life. While you are stumbling around in the house with the lights off, The whole universe is singing love songs for you. Look up and smile.
12Disconnected from Nature
Disconnected Insensitive Stuck in mental programs on repeat Bewildered Numb Bombarded by conditioning Pretending to be happy Hypnotized Fake Peace less Sleepless Agitated Disturbed Confused Vaccinated Moving along a conveyor belt Actually Going nowhere Deeper into doom Glorifying nonsense Nerves jangled by constant noise And over stimulation Stuck in traffic Wearing designer gear Made in sweatshops Paid on credit To who? You don’t even know Do you?
13Diving In
It was really windy yesterday And the waves were strong With lots of black seaweed Washing up on the stony beach And hundreds of jellyfish. I ignored my tiny inner voice And went for a rough ocean swim Took a few stings And then a real bad one. Swimming naked in jellyfish Is not always a good idea. Sometimes it’s better to wait on the shore And have a good think about things Before you go diving in.
14Guidance
I’m in the wrong place here I must have missed the turning on the road I better go back What? This is a one-way street! God is like Google maps No matter how many times We ignore the promptings The solution will be delivered With dispassionate calm Turn on your inner guidance And find your way back home.
15Heading to Love
I am heading for Love And peace And togetherness And beauty And stillness I am going to make a garden And sing And dance And live on gratitude And touch souls And use the beauty of tenderness To find the Light in the darkness And to live To truly live And to be strong again Like I used to be Before I had an i-phone
16High Tech Death
There’s death in the skies Falling down in the rain Pouring aerosol trails Containing Bill Gates potions While down below Chaotic commotion The active laziness Of distracted hordes Survival reflex Connecting etheric cords To astral forces And hidden powers Adding to the chaos Broadcasting from cell phone towers And 5G satellites Make Elon more billions While sound bite gossip Distracts soul starved minions With 3 second attention spans There is no focus Just a deepening hypnosis And hocus pocus Of dark magicians With high tech wands Casting spells With movies and songs When you’re ready to connect Let me know And we’ll head to the nature And watch flowers grow
17Hour after Hour
Hour after hour Day after day Month after month Year after year They spray death in the sky We are living in a high-tech haze If you can’t see it You are living in a daze You don’t need a million dollars You don’t need an electric car You don’t need more protein You don’t don’t need botox and silicone tits But you do need to look up Open your eyes And ask why?
18I Have Fought on the Side of Evil
I have fought on the side of evil Done battle ‘gainst all that is good Resisted this transformation as much as ignorance could But life is not a question of upon which side do I stand Life is about accepting What in Truth I am
19Is there a Cure?
It’s all peaceful here in the countryside Well the birds are busy Chattering away Sharing the news of the day One of them is telling birdie jokes Cracking the rest of them up But that’s what sparrows do When the sun sets. The day is settling down now In green and gold hues And the air is cooling a bit. There’s no human noise at all Only the sound of far-away dogs Barking at their own echoes. I’m looking at these old stone walls again Marvelling at the living story Written in yellow rock Tracing across the contours Of the landscape Perfectly aligned with all the natural things. When did we get so out of alignment With life’s natural rhythms and flows? I wonder what disease caused Such blindness and deafness To the way things can perfectly co-exist? It’s a terrible sickness I wonder if there is a cure?
20Nature Food
Oh I don’t like this city dream anymore It’s turned into a nightmare All that noise, rushing, stuffing, huffing and puffing. I’m off to the forest for some peace And to listen only to birds, trees and insects And take long swims in the ocean And feed my soul nature food Because it’s starving round here.
21Nothing is the way You think it is
The world you think is your reality Is an energy mirror you feel. What you think you see Is a reflection of your own mind. If you want to see with real eyes Then close the physical ones, Plug up your ears. Let your breath become still. Soften your gaze. Smile. Look up, inside. And open your heart To the invisible mystery of yourself. You are going to have to face that darkness one day So, you may as well begin. Remember it’s all a mirror made of energy Inside and out. Be kind and gentle to it And it will do the same to you. Wait. Be patient. This could take a while. You may be an old soul That means you’ve been around For a long time. And you’ve been busy Burying things in the darkness Things that life doesn’t need. Don’t worry They will all come up. Rising naturally on their own. Just let them float through you And pass away. Just feel everything And let it go. Nothing is the way you think it is.
22Open a Love Account
You are sick because you do not love enough. You have rented your beautiful house out To a bunch of neurotic psychotics And moved in with the pigs. Why? Because you do not know how to love. The rent money isn’t real. You cannot use it to pay the bill At the end of your life. Open a love account and start investing daily.
23Open Your Heart Branches
I’m in the forest again. The trees are very quiet today. Even the birds are whispering. Everything is so respectful of being. The silence is lovely. The stillness is bliss. There’s millions of pine needles everywhere Do you think I should tidy them up? Or just leave them be The way nature let them fall? Over the hill there is so much fuss, Monday morning and the grumbling rumble of cars and non-smiling faces. But it’s not Monday here. The insects don’t know what day it is Maybe not even the birds. I wonder if I should tell them. The trees probably know But they don’t care. That’s what happens When you put your roots in deep enough And open your heart branches to the infinite sky.
24Poetry for the Revolution
Why are you voting for the monsters and pigs? Playing their political game? The ancient ruse, an illusion of choice Between two sides that are One and the same? Transcend the matrix within thyself Find the portal of your soul And prepare to receive From the Living Truth The only thing within you That can never be stole.
25Poetry in Motion
Sunshine and blue skies Almost no breeze Just me and the silence The birds and the trees The silence of the forest The liquid beauty of the ocean The twinkling stars at night Is all poetry in motion.
26Prayer
What you are praying to lies within you Closer to you than yourself It is buried beneath a mountain of mind And is the source of your true wealth Invisible boundless and nameless The presence of Life itself The mountains name is I Your dense immovable true self
27Pretending
The frightened bird in the mirror cage Attacks its reflection Over and over Sometimes pecking Sometimes squawking Sometimes hiding away From what it perceives Which is what it projects. Spinning in this way Stuck on the surface of itself A fish pretending it is a bird Take a deep dive my friend
28Rise
The human world Has become such a noisy place Yet stillness, serenity and peace Lie just beyond and above it. If you feel like you are sinking Or that confusion, fear and overwhelm Are dominating within Then rise. Rise within yourself To that happy, peaceful, blissful place To which you have access All the time. Rise. Within and above you By smiling And leaving yourself behind.
29Someone
What are you doing dragging that dead body around with you, Trying to hide the stinking thing? Bring it out into the sunshine and let it go. Sing your soul songs and cry your grief tears, Pray for your ancestors and go and dance naked in the woods. There is someone over there you need to meet.
30Soul Wars
Fragile psyches Living in fear Minds being raped Every day of the year Through penetrating gossip Delivered in a high-tech syringe Enough Trivia and bullshit! Info disease, to make you cringe As media conglomerates Constantly posit Poisoned agendas From which they profit A bi polar perspective Designed to trigger To increase the figure Of the bottom line. Numbers don’t lie In money driven markets It’s shoot to kill Celebrity targets And there is no mercy It’s a savage place Just feed those rats And make them race Faster and faster As time is compressed Who is the strongest? Who is the best? As the masses argue Discuss and consider An invisible hand pulls the trigger And through the trap door Consciousness slides Into misery via confusion In the great divide Separation from wholeness Unity within For judgment is The original sin Year after year False beliefs and fears. The emotional schism Thought constructs - a prison. The groove is made The needle is stuck Behaviour repeats And everything’s fucked. Unless?
31Spend Time in the Garden
How is it possible to make so much noise All this talking about absolutely nothing What a con job The perfect heist They give you the world And silently take your soul The good Doctor once said Depression is a natural response To the desecration of life But your self-esteem is so low You cannot conceive of your holiness You are like a man who has been living with the pigs Behind his own beautiful mansion With lovely gardens and a beautiful wife Waiting Weeping in the kitchen For him to come And share the love food No matter what I tell you about that house And that woman And that sacred food All you can smell is pig shit Well it’s going to take a while to get that smell out of your head Maybe you should start by moving out of the pig sty And spending some time in the garden
32Sunset
I watched one evening in awe As England turned her back Upon a golden summer sun That in splendour had no lack. And as the day in greenness, Lay down upon a bed of living love, I sank to ground on bended knee And praised the source of that sweet love. Tears of mine began to fall As perfection did unfold. And I was overwhelmed By the vision I beheld: Fountains of green pouring from aged trunks Bursting heavenward from the ground, And with crows a caw and foxes barking The magic of England gave sound. And the barley, O the barley Made love with the light of the sun. And all was bathed in redness As the moment seemed to come. And reaching for my pen, To capture this in words I suddenly felt inept, Utterly absurd! This was not a time for writing What never could be wrote, This was a time for dancing, The inner fire to stoke. So, I danced on waves of Barley To a music of an evening in Summer As God made love with creation And I beheld The Lovers.
33Sweet Surrender
That sensitive intelligent being Buried more deeply in all Has a silent, still, clear voice Which louder and louder doth call. It calls for wings of freedom From the needs of the animal self Divinely infused forgiveness Brings it perfect health And as it rises within you Your eyes will open clear As clarity from confusion In your mind begins to appear For the mystery the world doth seem To those who do not know Will reveal itself quite clearly As your Divine connection grows And this is sweet surrender Death to the egos health When silence and stillness prevail Nothing is left But Self
34Take off the Blindfold
While monsters are eating your children Planning to steal your soul Are you stuffing your faces with emptiness Talking and thinking fools gold? While monsters are eating your children Planning to steal your soul Are you trapped in social media distraction Ignoring the story so old? While monsters are eating your children Planning to steal your soul Are you struggling in financial survival Paying the debts to them you owe? While monsters are eating your children Planning to steal your soul Are you bringing your light to the darkness And taking off the hi-tech blindfold?
35The Airport
The world is like a busy airport When everyone’s flight is delayed After a while, All that noise Is going to get to you. And no matter how hungry you are You are going to get sick of that food. Another coach load of passengers arrives And still the pilot is nowhere to be found.
36The Cage
The Cage you call your reality is a counterfeit world. You are drugged, being date raped by your own ego. That reflection you see in the mirror is not who you are If you want a real mirror, go travel the whole world with a smile on your face and take all the small roads.
37The Creaking Door
Would you listen all night to a creaking door Flapping in the wind? Or would you get up and oil the hinges and fasten it closed? Why listen to yourself whining? No one leaves a screaming child for too long. Wake up and do what needs to be done.
38The Dark Room
Life is not what you think it is And you are not who you believe yourself to be Something far greater and deeper is afoot. All this running around in fear Pretending to believe politicians and media Is just a big game you have to play Until you have the courage To look inside yourself Find the secret door To your darkest hidden rooms And go down there And find the wounded, broken part You have spent your whole life hiding from Bring it into the light of your own conscious awareness Stay with it, feed it with your tears and watch the emptiness fill with the Glorious Presence of Yourself.
39The Dream
Man, this is a noisy place And who let all these people in here And gave them so much to drink? When the children find the box of matches There will surely be a fire. I want to wake up from this dream And get back to the garden of peace.
40The Fish
“Don’t believe in things you can’t see!” Replied the fish When his friend was trying to explain About birds and the sky. Just because there are shadows And the occasional fish disappears Doesn’t mean this theory of yours is true When suddenly he vanished into the light.
41The Garden Road
You will notice that every step you take the road appears to meet you and the more you love the faster the flowers grow. Everyone has their own path and for some strange reason most folks are running in the opposite direction, charging towards the cliffs. Wait! Wait! Wait! Before you go running down the road with everyone else Making so much noise. I want you to meet someone. You have to be very, very quiet and look with your heart. Wait, be patient now. Take a deep breath And another. This could take a while. So, you best take off that armor and put down your weapons and while you are at it turn that noisy radio off which keeps changing channels every 2 seconds all on its own. Now, let’s go inside that lovely garden.
42The Golden Eggs
What are you doing stumbling around with that bucket on your head. Stop banging it with sticks and taking selfies. Take the damn thing off and open your eyes and breathe this freedom air. All this running around, tripping over things, making such a fuss, is like a drunken farmer sleeping, snoring loudly, dreaming the chickens are running away all over the countryside. Wake up and go and collect the golden eggs.
43The Higher Self
There is a better you Who does not have a name And has never lived in this world. Above you. Within you. Beyond all your talk and thought Another you exists. Bigger, more powerful And much closer to God than you are. Smile. Close your eyes and imagine. Allow yourself to merge And feel What it means to be truly alive.
44The Holy Presence
Free of oneself Presence only is. The gigantic insatiable cacophony of noise Generated by the unceasing activity of all living things Is all absorbed into silence. Even the noisiest tavern, When the guests have drunk their fill, Becomes a silent place
45The Horse
No matter how well you train the horse It is still going to shit on the floor I suppose we shouldn’t expect too much. What about the million sperms That don’t make it to the egg? Are they all losers as well? Not all the flowers turn into fruits And of those that do Most get eaten by the birds Many fall and rot on the ground And maybe one or two Are picked perfectly ripe And presented to the king of the land.
46The Internet Guru
The internet guru Who Talks loudly (usually while eating) Always dominating the conversation with her opinion and point of view Is a tour guide in the Labyrinth Distracting you from darkness and the inevitability of reaching another dead end As the half man half bull Is roaring his tormented lament Remember it only goes quiet When he is eating children Did you bring your sword? And do you have the golden thread?
47The Keys
What does the frog in your garden pond Know about the great rivers and oceans of life? Just because an ant is walking on a falling Autumn leaf Does not mean it can fly. And you? Are you still looking outside of your self For the keys to your freedom and peace? People like that Are like students in class Looking at the wall. Turn around And you might learn something From the great teacher inside.
48The Monkeys
Somebody gave the monkeys iPhones And they are ordering plastic bananas on Amazon The Vikings are playing video games Laughing and getting real fat The farmers are playing monopoly and there are only 3 left in the game But they all have a million acres Growing GMO everything breaking records in weight But there’s no nutrition inside it Just toxic hi tech data The politicians are broken children With terrible secrets to hide They meet in smoky rooms Cowering before deep voices in the darkness where they hide All the warriors are lining up for castration Their balls clipped by Doctor Ego Lies While Nurse Fear greed and procrastination delivers the vaccinations And the monkeys are all on YouTube Telling you the way they think it is Making money on the plastic bananas And churning out more kids
49The Monster Becoming God
What the terrible beast? Forces of unimaginable power Primal, ancient, primeval Driving dinosaurs to their finest hour And shrunken men Weakened by ego and greed Looking outside ourselves For our inner essential need Are the pathetic containers of infinity, Expected how to last? As we quake and tremble together In the reconciliation of ages past For within our fragile psyches That marvellous shell of the soul Is every character and detail Since forever the days of old And like mighty oceans meeting At the tip of some outcrop of rock The currents that move within us Can never ever be stopped
50The Mystery
From God, through Love, in Spirit and Soul, Sleeping infinity, in eternity unfolds, That I unbound receive the gift With waters of Life have now been kissed. To wander far, from the sweetest nest, Immeasurable miles, yet never had left. Thus, the mystery, ever to solve: What is this Constancy that does not evolve? The stories spin, weaving the web, The gods and angels dance with the dead. The choices we make are not who we are, Yet may lead us home from afar. And through our pain, illusions crack, What fear has stolen, love gives back. Thus, the mystery ever to solve: What is this Love that does not evolve? There we stand together in form An Almighty canvas cannot long stay torn. What appears to be, may not be so As all is rent, this we know. The Ocean breathes a mighty sigh, Cosmic waves are surely nigh, Are you ready for what must be? The fruit must fall from the mighty tree. Thus, the mystery ever to solve: What is this Peace that does not evolve? We are what we are and forever are held No matter the beliefs to which we weld; There is a fire to melt this false bond, Within your heart burns its sacred song What now seems solid, in chains of fear Like candle wax, will disappear. Thus, the mystery ever to solve: What is this Light that does not evolve? An eternal garden in which we play, The children dream another day. Forever the wonder together we spin Until we let go, to that which we cling. So off to the stars to spread the good news, The perfect gift we never could lose. Thus, the mystery ever to solve: What is this Purity that never evolves? From pure love, spirit unfolds, The story of love now is told; You and I, a dream come true, What the future will we sculpt anew? This the gift, ever to cherish, The Love we are never can perish. Thus, the mystery ever to solve: What is this Compassion that does not evolve? And so, the mystery through us revealed The seeds of God, in a cosmic field. To feel Love in unconscious mobs Express Itself, against all odds. The world is poised, are you ready to see? To know what you are, what you always will be? Thus, the mystery ever to solve: What is this Wonder that does not evolve?
51The News
When you have had enough Of your eating and drinking Look up and see the great human ship sinking. Run aground on the rocks of greed Loaded with too much Of what it don’t need. Driven by captains Monsters in disguise And political pigs Writhing in lies The whole thing stinks Can you smell it yet? Better wake up quick To place your bets. What are the odds Of the hypnotized masses Finding a pair of Spirit Bird glasses? And see what it is This counterfeit version A “made in China” reality Of Everyone’s hurting. The story is deep And ever so old Full of things you never been told Parasites live On a rotting Carcass The family tree with its roots in Tartarus. As the old shell sinks Drowning in fears Take a Holy Breath And be of good cheer Nothing as false as this survives will you let it go and come alive? The spiritually dead are rocking the beat Lost in busy ness and 5G streets Well we’ve fucked it here So, let’s move to Mars We can drink plastic water And drive electric cars Who needs the spirit When you can have your phone? Who needs Unity when You can be alone? As they manufacture The insect society Upgraded with Technological proprietary Remember one thing in your new Nike shoes Monsters and pigs are running the news
52The Penguins
Just because you have found a great big iceberg And are busy on the surface taking all your measurements Calculating everything Doesn’t mean you have made a great discovery 90% of the thing is under the water The penguins know more than you And they don’t have any of your scientific equipment.
53The Silent Lovebirds
What do you say to someone who has lost the keys to his house and forgotten where he lives? Arriving in the next town, like an American tourist making too much noise shouting in the street “I am the man!” All the noise you make only disturbs your silent lovebirds in their nesting. Every time they flap their wings, you have a new idea. All your busyness is like a little boy throwing stones into a pristine lake; the stillness is where the secrets of the moment rise. All this fussing around trying to hide your broken cup what do you think will happen when the ocean pours into that little thing? All those glues you are using trying to fix the cracks are like a very ugly woman caked thick with cheap make-up as long as the lights are low and the men are drunk she might get laid but in the morning? Throw the glue away and use the brokenness to set you free and go and dance in bare feet and bow to the rising sun inside of you but do it without disturbing the nesting lovebirds.
54The Silent River
There is a Silent River in our lives we must surely follow With courage and knowing all is well On and to tomorrow. Carried we are, never alone By Its Perfect Force and tide Try we must to have the strength To let go and flow with the ride. Born we are, One and All, Into and from Its Nature Boundless and free like The River are we If we go to where It would take us. Sisters and brothers we have but lost All sight of the invisible Force And sit on the banks Of our dry souls Wishing for something to direct our course. But all the while we live and breathe In the waters of eternal knowing The Silent River runs wild and free, Unknown... It feeds our growing. If we all live in this mad world Unaware we are part of The Source What new world shall we create When we open to Its beauty filled Force? Sisters and brothers open mind and heart Let The River flood without from within, Arid the valley old ones have left Young fish now have to live in. And we, no better than their like, If we wait to be shown The Way, Now is the time to join the many Learning of Truth today. The River is Life, the essence of all, Never ending and natural change That is our Nature Baptized in the waters, All become The Saved. Acknowledge The Spirit, The Source of Life, The only thing that will Always exist, No one can discover The Force of Life If Its current they try to resist. Just sit in peace By the banks of Self, Listen to thy waters run Calm the flow of your thoughts, Let a Silent River come. Breathe and know Trust that you are, All a Great River should be; Alive and pure, Clean and strong, Wild and truly free.
55The Strange Man
Sitting next to this guy On the plane One seat between us But far more separates us I hope What a reflection Like a man with fleas He is scratching and twitching disease Strangely enough he keeps banging his crotch Sending a shudder through the seats Nervously on his phone Swiping Texting reading Watching Scrolling Feeding something beneath An invisible mystery is being fed Something with insatiable appetite And as I survey this very strange reflection I am right glad it’s a very short flight.
56The Sunshine
If you take the time to wake up early And stick your head above the fog of human confusion You will feel the sunshine of the pure spirit of Life And you will be illuminated by its Light And that Light will awaken flowers of understanding And bees of inspiration will buzz in the clarity of the dawn And you will radiate the fragrance of the Pure Goodness of Life But if you don’t wake up early in the morning And stick your head above the fog of human confusion You will live in the misty world and be just like the rest of them.
57The Way of Things
Civilisations come and civilisations go They make a lot of noise and a terrible fuss Yet, in time Become nothing but dust. And you? What are you going to do in all of this? Make a big noise and pretend you know what life is? Or merge with nature And become like water, Closer to the way of things?
58Therapists who don’t know about the Soul
Until you know you are dealing with a soul You are like the mad scientist who has been given a whale trapped in a bucket The bucket has a very small hole wherein pours the ocean in tiny drops No matter how much you shake that bucket You will not understand the problem of the whale.
59Warrior Poets Arise
Did you cave into the pressure they gave you? Or did you stand in the fire and burn? And walk the lonely road Towards that which your soul doth yearn Are you drowning in the chains they made you Or did you find the lock and key And refused the mask that they gave you With hands that now are free? Did you bow down to the mass of conformity That floods like a bloated tide? Or did you swim with the currents inside you That brings you truly alive? Are you struggling along on the surface Obsessed with image and looks and porn Or are you diving deep in the depths Boundless and free of form? Death awaits for all around the corner A potent medicine, enemy or friend? Defined only by the moments of kindness And in the blessed stillness Of Divinity you spend.
60We Belong Together
The lizards are looking for something to eat Chasing each other around Climbing up on smooth white stones And catching the early morning sun. The hotter it gets the faster they move I’m a bit like that. Are you? Everything is enjoying the early morning light. Oops! A big fly just buzzed off a stone When the lizard came to eat him. Now the lizard is on the stone Just enjoying the sun. The spider’s webs are glistening Some tiny insects are quietly floating about. The pine cones are opening And everything just seems to belong together If only we didn’t make so much noise and fuss Maybe we would as well.
61What else are you here to do?
Burn the walls of your mental prison by pouring the gasoline of love on your tiny glowing soul flame. Come alive and blaze. Come alive and live! For God’s sake live! What else are you here to do?
62What You Were Born to Do
The world is a mirror. It always has been. A virtual reality made of energy for consciousness to awaken within. That’s it. If you don’t know this is true You are dreaming a happy dream, a nightmare or, a bit of both. Either way, one day, maybe when you die, You are going to have to wake up. Our unresolved traumas And non-integrated shadows Appear outside of us As shocking global events we can watch on the news Calmly stuffing ourselves With whatever it is That keeps us from feeling The dark truth inside. Wake up and take a deep dive And open your heart eyes. It isn’t what you think it is And only the thing you need to expose is frightened. If you are looking for the Light out here in the mirror world And can’t see it You can bet your boots It’s hidden under your own inner darkness. So, before Life does it for you, rip up the floor boards of the house You have built for your persona, Open the dusty old trap door underneath, follow the stairs down And Go and find it. It’s what you are born to do.
63When Shit Hits the Fan
Are you wondering whether to buy crypto? Invest in silver or gold? Get a neural link fitted quickly Before you get too old? But none of this really matters As you will see in the end, It’s the twin forces of materialism Dancing Like two old And, intimate friends. Confusion reigns supreme Because energy boundaries have all disappeared. It’s the confluence of the ages And time for the sheep to be sheared Energy is only a container For the living being we are Focus on the centre Like a tiny shining star And if you can handle emotion And ride the waves of change And find the centre of peace Ever fresh, yet always the same Then you have found the key To the glorious heavenly door Let’s dance across the threshold And leave behind before.
64Who Would You Be?
Who would you be if you were not the you in the mirror? Who would you be without all your stories and memories? Who would you be without your worries and fears? Who would you be if you just released that grip? Relax. Surrender. Breathe. Close your eyes. Smile. Look up and find out.
65Who You Are
While you are stuffing yourself with all that food and drink, news and high- tech gossip Ever wondered why you are still feeling empty? If you were only a physical-body the thing would be stuffed full by now But you’re not. Take a deep breath and feed your soul what it is starving for. Talk as much as you want you are never going to be able to say it Think as much as you like you are never going to be able to figure it out What you are looking for is who you are It was with you before you were born and will be with you after you die Sit still, be quiet And listen Who you are has nothing to say and thinks no thoughts And lives in a perpetual state of gratitude and wonder.
66Your Greatness
Your greatness lies inside of you. Buried under fears Guarded by yapping doubts and barking, snapping negative beliefs Beyond the swamp of lack of self-belief And the emotional landscape impressed upon you in the womb Under the giant castle of your worldly achievements, through the tomb of your self-loathing Deeper, Guarded by the strange creatures of yourself, A tiny child is patiently waiting with the key to a supernatural door.
